We've made it a priority to build a strong foundation for our team so that they can impact their clients while also build a successful and sustainable business for themselves and their families.

to making this happen was to identify what were the skills that our current top performers were already doing and nail that down to a formula.
That was when we designed

A program that encapsulates all the core selling skillset that top performers use to be successful.
The NEXT STEP
To find the right people for the team.
Someone who had extensive experience working in the FA space, was known for his work and had a track record of success.
This person should ideally also be a strategic thinker so that he can partner us to take Lumină to the next level
So for the first time in the advisory space, David King has joined our team exclusively as the Group Growth and Strategy Director
David is also the founder and lead consultant at Story Box Academy
a company that specialises in modern selling strategies. Among other key functions, David will partner Andy Peh to design and co-train the suite of sales programs for our team.
